Diana Popescu

Diana Popescu is a writer and cultural journalist with more than two decades of experience in the media. She worked for the newspapers Adevărul and Gândul and spent seven years as producer of DIGICULT, Digi24’s cultural television programme. She writes about culture, literature, urban life and the stories of ordinary people and contributes to the Republica platform. Her book Life Has a Pass for Every Route gathers scenes observed on Bucharest public transport and uses overheard dialogue, humour and close attention to detail to create a mosaic of the contemporary city.
