Olesea Galușca

Olesea Galușca is a creative-industries specialist and cultural-development manager. She worked within the Future Technologies Activity, supported by USAID and Sweden, and later within the Innovate Moldova ecosystem. Her work lies at the intersection of design, technology, entrepreneurship, culture and innovation, contributing to programmes for creative businesses, designers, museums, digital creators and cultural organisations. She has been involved in developing the Creative Industries Festival and in projects exploring the use of digital technologies in museums and cultural institutions. She regularly contributes to discussions about the economic potential of the creative industries and the international positioning of Moldova’s creative sector.
