Alexandra Friedrich
Alexandra Friedrich was born in Kassel in 1980. She has been working as a cultural journalist in her adopted home of Hamburg for around 20 years. She helped set up the music radio station ByteFM and also worked for other media, initially mainly on pop music. As a radio editor, she now covers the broad field of culture, although her main interest is now literature. She regularly hosts readings and writes book reviews. Her focus is on authors who deal with topics such as ableism, classism, racism and queer feminism, and the question of justice in general. Alexandra Friedrich has been a member of the Literary Advisory Board of the Lüneburg Literature Office since this year.
