Manfred Keiper

Manfred Keiper, born in 1957 in Oldenburg i.O., helped out in the book trade as a schoolboy and has been professionally active in the German book market since 1978. In 1995 he had to take over the “andere buchhandlung” in Rostock as his wife’s heir and has continued to develop it with joy and passion. His guest book is filled with the names of authors from New Zealand, Asia and Africa to North and South America. He is publisher and editor of the literary journal “Lesart”, founded in 1994, has been and still is a member of various literary juries and frequently appears as a reciter of literary texts that he himself is enthusiastic about and would like to inspire others with. He lives in Rostock.
